Healthy & Delicious Meals
At our retreats, we know that great food is key to feeling good. We serve three meals a day – breakfast, lunch, and dinner – all made with fresh, local ingredients. Start your day with eggs, oatmeal, and fruit, and then enjoy lunch or dinner with meat, vegetables, and fresh salads. We love to add legumes like chickpeas and beans to our meals, plus fish and seafood from the island.

A healthy corner with fruit and protein snacks is available depending on the retreat, to keep you energized throughout the day.
Once you sign up, we’ll send you a quick questionnaire about your food preferences so we can adjust the meals for your group. We also offer vegan and vegetarian options, so everyone is taken care of.
